Hello! Welcome to our fun new addition the Soul Action site. It's a bit of a blog come video diary page that we'll regularly update with new info about what's going on out in South Africa and random thoughts from the Soul Action team!

The Soul Action blog has been taken over by the lovely Bowyer family. Phil, Rachel and young Zac are out in Durban, South Africa under the banner of Soul Action identifying projects, working with churches and just generally being Soul Action in South Africa.

Meet Phil as he and Mike Pilavachi chat about some of the great stuff that happened during SOULINTHECITY Durban.
The project featured here is run by the 'Son Centre' in Lower Klaawater. Money raised by those of you who have run Slum Survivor event is helping the Son Centre to build new homes for people who live in some desperately poor conditions. It's amazing to see the effect your money and efforts is having... so thanks!

Phil, Rach and Zach have been immensely busy over the past couple of months, mainly as they've been preparing for SOULINTHECITY Durban.
350 people arrived in South Africa in July to spend two weeks serving projects across the city and Phil and Rachel helped coordinate the involvement of some amazing projects! An update from them will be coming soon, but for now just check the Soul Action South Africa Facebook to see exactly what happened over the two weeks.
